Collect the sample using the method included with or selected for your test order.
Label
Identify each sample clearly so it matches the information entered on your Chain of Custody.
Pack
Place the sample and required paperwork securely in the white return envelope.
Ship
Send the package to Lis Biotech following the return-shipping instructions provided with your kit or order.

Swiffer Sampling
A convenient option for collecting settled dust from indoor surfaces for eligible environmental testing.
Vacuum Sampling
A vacuum sampling device can be selected when a more controlled dust-collection method is preferred.
Dry Swab
For services that accept swabs, submit a dry swab and keep it clearly identified with the corresponding sample information.
