Sampling Kit

You can request your sampling kit before purchasing the test. You have two options for the sampling kit: cloth or vacuum.

The cost of the sampling kit will be deducted from the total cost of your test. Once we receive the returned cloth or vacuum at our offices, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid.

Important: PLEASE INDICATE THE AMOUNT OF CLOTH OR VACUUM NEEDED AS A COMMENT DURING CHECKOUT
